We deliver the customer experience and expertise of a High End Floor Covering Specialty Store directly to our customers’ home. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, adaptable Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team! We have an amazing web presence, recognizable brand, great reputation, top notch customer reviews, and a highly-trained in-house call center to provide our sales representatives the best sales opportunities in the industry.

• Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers.
• Passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
• Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Educate customers on which products will best fit their unique needs.
• Represent the brand in line with our mission of delivering an amazing customer experience.
• Participate in regular sales calls, monthly sales meetings, and training as required.
• Maintain current knowledge of trends in products, services, policies and procedures.

• 1+ year of experience in Outside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Must have reliable transportation, strong time management and organizational skills.
• Technologically proficient, including e-mail, tablets, smartphones, applications, etc.
• Highly motivated, focused and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, listening, communication, and negotiating skills.
