We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our growing commercial team. This role is responsible for developing and managing business opportunities across multiple industrial market segments including Water & Wastewater, Wire Rope & Lubrication, Mining & Mineral Processing, Food & Beverage Manufacturing, Offshore & Marine, Oil & Gas, and Industrial Processing & Manufacturing.
This is a strategic outside sales and business development role focused on identifying, developing, and growing industrial accounts at both the local and national level. The Territory Account Manager will serve as a consultative partner to customers by delivering technical product solutions, developing long-term relationships, and expanding market share through proactive sales and customer engagement activities.
Unlike traditional territory sales positions, this role is market- and opportunity-driven rather than geographically restricted. The Territory Account Manager may pursue opportunities throughout North America based on strategic alignment, customer need, and growth potential.
Primary Responsibilities Business Development- Own and grow revenue across your assigned territory through a strategic sales plan.
- Prospect and win new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and trade events—targeting end users, municipalities, contractors, OEMs, engineering firms, distributors, and national accounts.
- Drive specification development and product approvals.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, expanding wallet share through long-term relationships with plant managers, engineers, maintenance, procurement, and operations leadership.
- Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and technical reviews.
- Recommend tailored solutions based on customer needs and operating conditions.
- Deliver technical presentations, lunch-and-learns, and training; support field trials and evaluations.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory developments.
- Use CRM to track interactions, manage opportunities, and forecast revenue.
- Maintain weekly pipeline and forecast reporting; track competitor and market activity.

- Proven success in B2B industrial sales, technical sales, or business development.
- Experience with in industrial chemical manufacturing, industrial services, water treatment, infrastructure, lubrication, mining, offshore, marine, or related industrial sectors preferred.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to close business and exceed sales goals.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and accountability.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required.
- $60-$80k DOE;
