Senior Scientist – Process Analytical Technologies (PAT) – Analytical Enabling Capabilities (AEC)

We are seeking a senior scientist to lead the development, validation, and implementation of in‑line, on‑line, and at‑line PAT solutions for small‑ and large‑molecule modalities. The role supports the development pipeline, commercial manufacturing, and technology transfer.

• Develop, validate, and implement PAT methods to monitor and control process parameters and product quality attributes.
• Support the systematic assessment and deployment of PAT methods across small‑ and large‑molecule programs.
• Deploy standardized analytical platforms to enable real‑time monitoring and rapid shop‑floor analytics.
• Support scale‑up activities and technology transfer of PAT applications to commercial manufacturing.
• Partner with capital project and facility teams to deploy integrated PAT infrastructure aligned with launch preparedness strategy.
• Prepare and maintain scientific documentation and validation packages for PAT methods and contribute to regulatory submissions.

• B.S. in chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, bioengineering, chemical engineering, or a related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience.
• M.S. with at least 4 years of industry experience.
• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline (expected completion no later than August 2026).

• Technical background in spectroscopy (Raman, FTIR, NIR), chromatography, and chemo metric or modeling approaches.

• Experience supporting tech transfer, manufacturing scale‑up, or regulatory filings.
• Proven track record of scientific contributions, such as peer‑reviewed publications.
