Description
The Scientist III – Open Access Instrumentation Support is a laboratory-based role that maintains and operates open access liquid chromatography‑mass spectrometry (LC‑MS) instrumentation and performs other tasks as assigned by the client.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain and operate open access LC‑MS instrumentation, troubleshoot issues, calibrate equipment, and support analytical chemistry operations at the client site.
Qualifications- BS (3–5 years) of relevant experience in analytical chemistry
- MS (1–2 years) of relevant experience in analytical chemistry
- Reversed‑phase high‑performance liquid chromatography (RP‑HPLC)
- Experience with Waters, Sciex, or Agilent LC‑MS instrumentation and software
- High resolution mass spectrometry
- Strong communication and coordination skills
