• Valid Black Seal Boiler License preferred (or willingness to obtain within a year).
• Clear, proactive, and positive communication skills with students, staff, and visitors.

• Must be able to maintain the physical stamina to perform lifting, prolonged standing, crawling, climbing, and working in various types of weather.
• Must demonstrate the ability to adhere to safety practices and to comply with District procedures for use of cleaning products and equipment.

• Must be able to comply with District and State regulations as they relate to District building and safety.

• Universal EPA Refrigeration Certificate.

Term of Employment: 12 months, 40 hours per week

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Salary: In accordance with the negotiated agreement. The minimum starting salary is $65,531 (Step
1)
