Full Stack Java Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications across frontend, backend, and database layers.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can architect scalable solutions while guiding development teams and ensuring best practices in coding, performance, and security.

Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications
Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly frontend interfaces
Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs
Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Lead development efforts and enforce coding standards, performance optimization, and security best practices

Required Skills & Experience Frontend

React / Angular / Vue
Proficiency in:
Strong experience in one or more backend technologies:
Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, or .NET
Hands-on experience building:
RESTful APIs
Microservices / service-oriented architectures
Knowledge of:
Role-based access control (RBAC)

Database

Experience with relational databases:
Ability to write optimized queries and manage data efficiently
