Position Title Capital Project Manager 3500 Rainbow Position Summary / Career Interest:
Capital Project Manager manages a diverse project team including internal clinical staff, operations support teams, external consultants, vendors and contractors. The Capital Project Manager will manage several projects simultaneously and assist in the development of project plans including goals, scope, schedule and budget. The Capital Project Manager is also responsible to incorporate input from all appropriate team members and consultants. The Capital Project Manager will be responsible for project budgets and will provide summaries and progress of project schedules and budgets.

- Maintains and protects confidentially of all Hospital information, including Patient Health Information (PHI), Peer Review(s) and other attorney-client information.

- Exercises sound judgment and decision-making to ensure successful flow of the project

- Demonstrates good judgment applying industry standard design and construction solutions appropriate for the facility, and in accordance with Hospital Administration expectations
- Evaluates, considers and identifies learning, development and training needs
- Makes judgment on a proposed course of action based on identified needs
- Provides consideration, evaluation and determinations as part of a team environment
- Evaluates, considers and identifies new ideas that contribute to the department
- Evaluates, considers and identifies concerns about the department

- Communicates courteously and clearly with all contractors, consultants, customers, patients & visitors

- Applies position of Project Manager to efficiently and effectively direct the management of projects, while achieving and maintaining the cooperation of others
