BRW was founded in 1958 by Bill Williams as a trucking company with two trucks that went from Alabama to Boston delivering the first load. After the passing of Bill Williams in 1965, Bill's wife, Ruth Williams, took over the company and led for 25 years. Over the last 66 years, the company has grown to employ over 300 people across its locations in Kentucky, Georgia, Alabama, and Florida and operates approximately 175 tractors, over 700 trailers, and five warehouses spanning over one million square feet, servicing customers in the 48 contiguous states and Canada.

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Family environment

• 1 Year OTR Driving Experience Required
• Must be 23 Years of Age or older OTR (21 for Local)
• 1 year of OTR/Regional verifiable experience in the last 3 years
• Able to pass Federal D.O.T. Physical and Drug Screen
• No alcohol related offenses in the past 5 years
• No history of reckless or careless driving in the past 3 years
• No felonies in 7 years
• No cell phone violation in the past 2 years
• Speeding 15 or more MPH over limit in the past 2 years

• DOT preventable recordable accidents within the past 12 months to be reviewed (copy of accident report)
• No more than 1 preventable in last 12 months (copy of accident report)
• No more than 2 preventable in last 36 months

• Will be reviewed on a case by case basis (examples: bridge strike, rollover, train strike, reckless driving)
