Ready Mix Driver

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver product to customer job sites.
• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to coordinate deliveries.
• Accurately complete delivery tickets, logs, and other required documentation.
• Support plant and site operations by maintaining a clean truck and following all safety procedures.

• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to following procedures and regulations.
• Dependable and customer-focused approach to daily work.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Capability to perform the physical demands of the role, including climbing, lifting, and extended periods of driving.

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $20.60 to $25.67 per hour
