• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
• Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and comply with all company and regulatory requirements.
• Provide outstanding customer service while ensuring safe and efficient deliveries.

• Commitment to safety and demonstrated ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Capability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment in a variety of conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections, complete required documentation, and manage delivery responsibilities.
• Dependability, adaptability, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $20.60 to $25.67 per hour
