Now hiring for a Machine Operator in Rainsville, AL. Pay rate is $15.00/hour plus a $2.00/hour shift differential. This opportunity supports transformer manufacturing. If your skills and experience are a good match for this role, please apply today.

Job duties include operating coil winding machines, robotic welders, pneumatic/hydraulic crimping tools, preparing coils, assembling components, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Experience requirements include manufacturing experience preferred, ability to read work instructions, drawings, and specifications, strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills, and willingness to train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift.

Preferred experience includes prior work history in a manufacturing setting. Physical capabilities include the ability to stand for the entire shift, lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs. (lift assist for heavier items), good hand dexterity, and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
