Education Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment while meeting quality and productivity standards.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and follow established processes.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while adapting to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with coil winding, transformer manufacturing, or electrical assembly.
- Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic tools, robotic welding equipment, or material handling devices.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6S, continuous improvement, and workplace safety practices.
- Experience performing inventory activities and maintaining production documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Physical Capabilities:
- Ability to stand and work throughout an entire shift.
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds. Utilize lift-assist equipment for products weighing over 40 pounds.
- Perform repetitive hand movements requiring strong manual dexterity.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and work in confined spaces when required.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels and production activity.
Job Duties:
- Operate coil winding equipment, including bench lathe machines, Bachi, Broomfield, and hand-winding systems.
- Prepare transformer coils for assembly and testing through bending, shaping, cutting, sanding, soldering, and wire attachment.
- Use pneumatic and hydraulic crimping tools to complete production processes.
- Operate robotic welding equipment and support related manufacturing operations.
- Perform transformer potting processes using epoxy and silica sand while minimizing material waste.
- Utilize lift-assist equipment to safely move products throughout production.
- Participate in inventory counts and material tracking activities.
- Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, quality standards, and production procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas while supporting Lean Manufacturing and 6S initiatives.
- Assist with additional production and manufacturing tasks as business needs evolve.
