Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on shift)
Available Shifts- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday-Friday plus OT as needed
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Monday-Friday plus OT as needed
We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Rainsville, Alabama. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience who are looking to grow their career with a global industry leader.
Responsibilities- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Assemble components and finished products according to specifications
- Follow production schedules and meet quality standards
- Inspect parts and products for defects and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies
- Accurately complete production documentation and records
- Support team goals and assist in other production-related duties as needed
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Ability to work assigned shift and maintain reliable attendance
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
