Role Overview
The After hours Registered Nurse provides comprehensive hospice care to patients and families outside regular hours, including nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Triage patient needs via phone
- Respond urgently to crisis calls
- Perform initial evaluations for hospice eligibility
- Conduct after hours visits such as admissions and routine assessments
- Identify and reassess physical, psychosocial, emotional, and environmental needs
- Document care plans and responses
- Current unrestricted RN licensure, a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Preferred qualifications include CPR certification and over one year of clinical experience.
- Salary ranges from $67,104 to $100,656 annually, based on experience and market factors.
