About the Role Banyan Info Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Video Editor to join our on-site team in Raipur. In this role, you will create engaging short-form and long-form video content for our digital platforms—from raw footage to the final edit. If you're passionate about visual storytelling and can create compelling content for social media as well as You Tube and other digital platforms, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for You Tube, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Create engaging content for You Tube videos, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, Facebook videos, promotional films, interviews, documentaries, and branded content .
Collaborate with content creators, producers, marketing, and social media teams to bring creative concepts to life.
Add motion graphics, captions, animations, sound effects, music, and transitions to enhance viewer engagement.
Perform color correction, color grading, audio balancing, and basic sound design to deliver polished videos.
Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form assets for different social media platforms.
Stay updated with the latest editing trends, storytelling techniques, and platform best practices.
Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and digital assets efficiently.
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high production quality and brand consistency.
Contribute to developing editing templates, creative styles, and workflows that strengthen the brand identity.
Requirements 2–5 years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form video projects .
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and AI-powered video editing tools.
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, editing techniques, and audience engagement.
Experience with motion graphics, text animation, visual effects, and audio editing.
Good knowledge of video formats, codecs, aspect ratios, frame rates, and platform specifications.
Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for visual aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills Experience in video shooting and camera operations.
Knowledge of lighting, composition, and cinematography fundamentals.
Familiarity with trending social media content, viral formats, and digital storytelling.
Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
Experience working with brands, media organizations, agencies, or influencers.
