You will be responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet functions, accurately following Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and engaging with guests to ensure their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up linen, china, and silverware per BEO

• Transport food and beverages to guests efficiently

• Circulate the room, accommodating guest requests

• Maintain beverage stations and replenish as needed

• Assist with inventory and food storage after events

Requirements:

• Previous waitstaff experience required

• High school diploma or GED necessary

• Knowledge of catering practices preferred

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. during the shift

• Flexible schedule for nights and weekends required
