$40,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience

• Establish and maintain vendor relationships
• Resolve billing and payment discrepancies
• Process payments for company liabilities
• Negotiate with vendors on billing issues

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• 4 years of Accounts Payable/Accounting experience
• Experience in healthcare preferred

• 3-way matching experience within software
• High volume invoicing experience (1,500-2,000 monthly)
• Experience with Cloud suite, Lawson, JD Edwards
• Dental, Eye, and Medical options
• Retirement contributions and matching
• Paid Days Off accruing every two weeks
• Tuition reimbursement after one year
