Accounts Payable (AP) Manager

The Accounts Payable Manager oversees the full AP cycle to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant vendor payments. This role manages invoice processing, month‑end close activities, and vendor setup while maintaining strong internal controls and supporting financial accuracy.

• Oversee end‑to‑end AP operations, including invoice entry, coding, approval workflow, and payment processing
• Perform three‑way match and investigate discrepancies or variances
• Lead month‑end AP close activities, reconciliations, and reporting
• Conduct variance analysis and resolve exceptions with internal stakeholders and vendors
• Set up and maintain vendor records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Develop and improve AP processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed

• 6+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience
• Strong understanding of AP processes, three‑way match, and month‑end close
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
• Strong communication and vendor‑management skills
