This is a full-time, on-site Controller/CPA role, based in Raleigh, NC. The Controller/CPA will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, including managing financial reports, budgeting, payroll processing, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role will involve preparing accurate financial statements, performing account reconciliations, analyzing financial data to support decision-making, and managing the company’s financial operations to ensure efficiency and fiscal responsibility.

• Strong accounting and financial reporting skills, including expertise in budgeting, auditing, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance, along with proficiency in preparing financial statements and managing payroll processes
• Experience with accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial forecasting tools
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Leadership skills to manage accounting teams and foster collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is required
• Prior experience as a Controller or in a similar accounting leadership role is preferred
