Accounts Payables and Receivables | $16 / Hour | M-F 8am – 5 pm

As an AP/AR Clerk perform account duties to include payables and receivables with other general office duties.

• Provide administrative support for the HR department.
• Administrative work including maintaining files and sorting mail for office
• Assist weekly and monthly inventory
• Process purchase orders, invoices and file vendor invoices daily.

• Associate degree in Accounting filed (preferred but not required)
• 2 or more years experience in AP/AR/Inventory processing
• Experience in Quick Books and MS Word and Excel
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

• Pay Rate: $16 per hour
