Tax Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Tax Supervisor to join our expanding CPA firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys leading client engagements, mentoring staff, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic and client-focused practice.

• Review and supervise preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
• Manage multiple client engagements while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients across various industries
• Mentor and develop junior tax staff and seniors
• Research complex tax issues and communicate recommendations clearly
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support firm growth initiatives and process improvements

• CPA license preferred
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring staff
• Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with tax software and paperless workflow systems
