• Prepare and process electronic transfers, payments, and bank deposits.
• Organize and maintain a digital filing system for all financial documents and statements.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and efficiency within the finance department.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and the preparation of financial reports.

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role, preferably within the automotive or autobody repair industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in processing financial information.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
