What You’ll Be Doing
- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Match invoices to purchase orders and approvals
- Assist with weekly payment runs including ACH, checks, and wires
- Maintain vendor records and update banking/tax information
- Reconcile vendor statements and help resolve payment discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoices and charges
- Support audit requests and maintain organized documentation
- Assist with purchase order and approval workflows
- Help improve and streamline AP processes as we continue to grow
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems (Quick Books experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
