Position Summary

PrimaryResponsibilities
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions for a multitude of different businesses, ensuring records are accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Maintain and update the general ledger on a regular basis.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist with month‑end close procedures, including journal entries for payroll, depreciation, and interest.
- Generate routine financial reports and summaries for internal and external review.
- Maintain organized and confidential financial files and documentation.
- Support clients with financial, software, and payroll questions.
- Monthly filing of sales tax returns.
- Annual preparation of Forms 1099.
- 1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Able to work independently on project‑type assignments.
- Knowledge of Quick Books required, including Quick Books Online.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Superior analytical and problem‑resolution skills with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work until work is done, which may require extended hours to meet team needs.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Excellent oral and written skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Understanding the need to provide a world‑class customer experience.

- Demonstrate a strong affinity in financial services, exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
