Smith Anderson seeks a hands-on Director of Accounting and Financial Operations in Raleigh, NC. You will lead GL, payroll, trust, cash application and related activities, owning financial statements, budgeting models, and variance analysis.
Reporting to the CFO, you will shape the firm’s accounting function, drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and oversee a team of accountants to deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and planning cycles.
