• Conduct reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
• Review and validate the work of accountants to maintain high standards of financial reporting.
• Utilize experience with payroll and benefits management, which is beneficial for this role.
• Manage and oversee financial operations using Quick Books Online and ADP software.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and practices.

• Proficiency in Quick Books Online and ADP.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and management.
• Prior experience in financial reconciliations and payroll management is preferred.

This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week. The work schedule is flexible, with availability needed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

• The position offers competitive pay with a range of $45 to $60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
