Position Title:Global Controller

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

• Lead global accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, payroll, intercompany, fixed assets, leases, tax, stock comp, debt)
• Maintain and evolve internal controls
• Manage and mentor a global accounting team
• Drive process optimization and automation
• Collaborate with finance leadership on reporting and strategic initiatives
• Support treasury operations and cash forecasting
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting
• Partner with internal teams to explore AI-driven efficiencies

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with global accounting policies and GAAP
• Lead statutory audits and tax compliance
• Implement and maintain transfer pricing documentation

M&A:

• Support due diligence and integration of acquisitions
• Lead ERP and process integration for acquired entities
• Prepare opening balance sheets and purchase price accounting

Leadership:

• Build trust with executive leadership through strategic insight, execution, and communication

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 10+ years in leadership roles
• Experience managing teams of 20+
• International experience preferred
• Willingness to collaborate with AI and data teams to modernize finance
