Wake Med is seeking a Supervisor, Professional Billing to support the revenue cycle team. The role leads onboarding of new billing and follow-up staff and provides ongoing support and training to current staff.
Daily duties include productivity monitoring, QA reviews, and timekeeping, with additional emphasis on workflow and process improvement. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in accounting/finance billing and a preferred associate's degree.
