This Accountant role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of the company's accounting operations. This person will make a meaningful impact from day one by managing core accounting functions and supporting business teams across the organization.

• Mission:
  Ensures the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of accounting operations while supporting business teams.
• Tech Stack:
  Concur expense software, AI, automation tools

• Billing Management:
  Participate in monthly client invoicing, ensuring accurate revenue schedules and proper reporting of employees' billable hours.
• Payable & Receivable:
  Process accounts payable, maintain vendor accounts, and ensure prompt collection of receivables with exceptional accuracy.
• Financial Record Keeping:
  Reconcile bank and credit card statements, maintain an orderly accounting filing system, and administer Concur expense software.
• Asset & Tax Compliance:
  Maintain fixed assets schedules (classification, depreciation, disposals) and prepare sales and use tax returns.
• Close Support:
  Support timely and accurate monthly and year-end accounting close cycles.

• Background:
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, representing an early-career level with a strong accounting foundation.
• Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role.

  Exceptional attention to detail, analytical problem solving, ownership and organization, and a drive for continuous improvement including exploring AI and automation.
