Bandwidth is seeking a Global Billing Analyst I to support customer billing and invoicing from our Raleigh office. You’ll build account knowledge, resolve inquiries, and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate, timely invoices in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll develop proficiency with billing tools and reports, assist with contract and invoice analyses, and help close monthly revenue cycles while delivering excellent customer service and attention to detail.
