Process invoices for payment accurately within the People Soft Financial system.

Billing Operations:
Manage purchase order invoicing and utility billing entries using the AiM System to ensure timely revenue cycles.

Administrative Support:
Oversee incoming mail operations, including date-stamping, scanning, and digital archiving of invoices.

Data Accuracy:
Assist with the entry of utility-related data into AiM to support department-wide billing accuracy.

Requirements and Preferences

Two roles: (1) Full-time, M-F, 8 am-5 pm (2) Part-time M-F, 20-25 hours per week

Other duties as needed.

High School Diploma or equivalency and one year of experience in accounting work; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

• Sharp Attention to detail – identify errors
• Professional Communication – ability to write clear, polite responses and correspondence to campus partners.
• High-Speed Data Entry- be able to enter numbers quickly and accurately.
• Excel Basics – Ability to navigate spreadsheets (vital for keeping the spreadsheets we use up to date).
