Job Title: Administrative Functional Support 1
Location(s): Raleigh, NC
Position OverviewThis role supports day-to-day project and administrative operations within a construction site environment. The position focuses on materials coordination, procurement tracking, documentation management, reporting, and project schedule support. The coordinator will work closely with project managers, field teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and communication across the project lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Site Coordination
- Coordinate and track materials, procurement activities, and onsite deliveries.
- Support automation field activities and related documentation.
- Assist with onsite project coordination and schedule tracking.
- Maintain project timelines, tracking formulas, and Excel-based reporting tools.
- Take detailed meeting notes and distribute action items.
- Monitor and organize email communications (including PM correspondence).
- Prepare routine and specialized reports, statistics, and correspondence.
- Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Enter and manage data in Office applications and specialized systems.
- Support decision-making processes through report preparation.
- Assist in administration of programs, projects, and related processes.
- Basic Excel proficiency required (formulas, data tracking, spreadsheets).
- SAP, Power BI, ECT - preferred but not required.
- Bluebeam Revu - preferred but not required.
- Operate standard software packages related to assigned processes.
- Handle routine inquiries from internal stakeholders.
- Follow standardized procedures and workflows.
- Escalate unexpected or complex issues as needed.
- Experience working in a construction site environment strongly preferred.
- Exposure to fire alarms and automation systems (beneficial due to daily discussion topics).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strong time management skills.
- Comfortable operating in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Occasional travel to warehouse in Clayton, NC (infrequent; driving required only as needed).
- Associate's Degree (AS Degree required).
- 2-year vocational training (Associate's Degree required).
- Up to 1 year of related experience.
- Basic knowledge of standardized work routines, procedures, and office systems.
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch).
