What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide project management and support, including collection and distribution of project information
  • Offer administrative support to VP-level leadership, including calendar management and document creation
  • Drive task management and follow-up to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with project leads and team members to address potential issues or risks
  • Obtain, consolidate, and maintain project materials and reports while coordinating meetings
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED required;
    Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of progressive experience in a relevant field
  • Strong communication skills to foster collaboration and support diversity
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on accountability and service recovery
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, Teams, and Power Point
