Join our team as an Onsite Staffing Assistant in Southeast Raleigh, NC, where you’ll serve as a key support partner to our Onsite Account Manager and a direct connection to our client’s daily operations. In this role, you’ll help with administrative tasks, employee engagement, and overall operational efficiency—all while working directly at the client site.

- Greet and check in temporary staff daily
- Support onboarding: distribute badges, collect paperwork, and facilitate orientations
- Monitor and track employee attendance and timekeeping
- Act as the first point of contact for employee questions and workplace issues
- Escalate more complex matters to the Onsite Manager
- Maintain accurate employee records and rosters
- Communicate shift updates, changes, and announcements clearly to employees and clients
- Assist with interview coordination, hiring, and compliance tasks
- Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, reporting, travel coordination including booking and maintaining travel records)
- Uphold safety standards and ensure policy compliance
This is full‑time work. Schedule is Monday‑Friday from 8am‑5pm. The pay rate is $18/hour.

Qualifications- High school education or GED is desirable for this position. Some college courses in business‑related field helpful.
- Proficient with basic computer systems, including timekeeping and reporting platforms and Microsoft Suites.
- Experience with CRM tools preferred.
