- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, serving as a trusted partner in day-to-day operations
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and track priorities to ensure leadership time is used effectively
- Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and internal teams, supporting smooth communication and preparation
- Handle sensitive information, board materials, and executive communications with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
- 15+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support to senior leaders or C-suite executives; nonprofit or mission-driven experience preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing requests with confidence
- Comfortable working with executive calendars, presentations, meeting materials, and internal coordination across departments
- Mature, professional, discreet, and trusted to manage confidential information while operating with integrity and accountability
