the Role

As an Insurance Processing Analyst, your role involves analyzing and updating insurance information. This includes handling new business and revising existing client details by inputting data into policy processing systems.
Education & ExperienceHigh School diploma or equivalent required.
Preference given to applicants with extended education and/or training.
RequiredSkills and Abilities
Demonstrate the strong ability to problem solve using logical and analytical skills.
Reliable and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in analyzing transactions involving money and dates.
Capacity to absorb extensive on-the-job training.
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
Possess strong communication skills, with an emphasis on written correspondence.
Have fundamental math skills.
Location & CommitmentsFull-time role based at our Corporate Office in Raleigh, NC 27612.
40 hours per week.
Overtime often required.
Responsibilities of the RoleLeverage strong typing and data entry skills to enter new information and updates into the processing systems.
Verify all requirements have been met on new insurance applications.
Analyze updates for existing clients to ensure requests are valid.
Acquire knowledge of all required processing rules and procedures.
Correspond with others within the company when information is missing, incomplete, or invalid.
Use multiple systems to research and analyze historical transactions.
