Rodgers is seeking a Project Assistant for our Raleigh, NC office.
Requirements / Experience- Minimum of three years’ experience conducting contractual/administrative work in Construction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Aptitude to learn new computer applications and software.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to successfully prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Assist project management and executives with day-to-day administrative support
- Create, distribute, and execute contracts, purchase orders, compliances, and any other contractual documentation in the project management system (CMiC) and Docu Sign
- Assist the project management team with the change order management process
- Ensure subcontractors maintain insurance throughout the project duration
- Receive and assist with the sub pay application process, including reviewing pay applications and lien waivers, and submission to accounting via GCPay
- Ensure timely updates of contacts, contracts, and change orders into CMiC and GCPay
- Receive, track, and coordinate all applicable sales tax reporting
