Role OverviewThe Executive Assistant will support senior leadership with day-to-day coordination, administrative execution, and stakeholder communication. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to build a career supporting executive teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
This role is primarily onsite in Raleigh, North Carolina
. While there may be potential for a hybrid setup over time
, candidates must be based in the location and available to work onsite according to business needs

- Provide administrative and coordination support to senior leadership
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Assist in preparing meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups
- Support communication management (emails, meeting requests, internal coordination)
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and leadership sessions
- Assist with travel arrangements including itineraries and documentation
- Help track action items and support execution of internal initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations, Legal)
- Support preparation of presentations, reports, and business documents
- Maintain organization, documentation, and operational efficiency
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and general business tools
