Greets and directs residents, visitors, families, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. Answers and transfers incoming telephone calls, responds to resident call bells by paging appropriate staff, and provides clerical and administrative support to the nursing team. Coordinates and transports residents to and from scheduled appointments while ensuring their safety, comfort, and timely arrival.

Part-Time Employees:

  • Employees who work on a recognized holiday are paid at 1.5 times their regular rate.

High school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a medical or clerical office setting is preferred. Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accuracy, and provide professional customer service while working in a fast-paced healthcare environment is essential.
