Position: Executive Assistant (Entry-Level) – Raleigh, NC (Onsite)

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is looking to gain exposure to executive operations, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional business support. You'll play a key role in ensuring day‑to‑day administrative activities run efficiently while working closely with leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to senior executives.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow‑up action items.
  • Support executive communications, including email and meeting coordination.
  • Organize logistics for meetings, events, and leadership sessions.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and related documentation.
  • Track action items and assist with internal project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including HR, Finance, Operations, and Legal.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business documentation.
  • Maintain organized records and support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
