Job Title
LTAP Coordinator (Temporary)
LocationRaleigh, North Carolina
Responsibilities- Complete data entry for Excel and Access database used to track class registrations, attendance, payments, and other essential information.
- Prepare communications to promote classes via listserv and social media.
- Assist in preparing the quarterly newsletter.
- Travel as needed across North Carolina to act as course administrator.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Two years of professional experience or a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working with databases and basic computer skills (email, Gmail, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Google Drive, Adobe).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong time‑management and prioritization abilities.
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license.
- Working hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm; up to 30 hours per week.

$15.00 – $20.00 per hour.
