Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Administrative Investigations Coordinator to support the compliant review and investigations process for busy healthcare client in Raleigh. This position is responsible for managing complaint cases from intake through resolution while ensuring accurate documentation, timely case progression, and compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates with experience in healthcare administration, medical records, compliance, or regulatory environments are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complaint cases from initiation through closure, maintaining accurate case documentation in case management system.
  • Create and maintain complaint case files, including organizing investigative documents and medical records.
  • Communicate with complainants and licensees to obtain information related to complaint investigations.
  • Prepare and modify case correspondence and documentation.
  • Convert, review, and redact documents in accordance with established protocols.
  • Research and compile historical and current documentation related to complaint cases.
  • Collaborate with investigative staff, the Medical Director’s Office, and Legal staff on cases requiring additional review.
  • Prepare reports for committee and Board review and assist with documentation during Board meetings.
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries from the public and licensees regarding complaint procedures and general healthcare regulatory questions.
  • Provide backup support to Administrative Investigations staff as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare, medical records, compliance, or regulatory environment.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
