We are expanding and looking for a Front Desk Medical Receptionist who is personality plus — someone who lights up a room, loves helping people, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our door.

Our Customer Care Specialist is the heartbeat of our clinic. This entry‑level administrative role blends customer service, scheduling, patient onboarding, insurance handling, and daily clinic coordination. You set the tone for each patient’s journey with us — from the first welcome to the final graduation bell. You’ll work closely with our Clinical Director, therapists, and operating manager to keep the clinic running smoothly, ensuring every interaction is friendly, efficient, and unforgettable.
