Ultimate Staffing is seeking a sharp Administrative Assistant for a busy construction office in Raleigh.
This is a full-time, 100% in office, temp- to-perm position.
Hours will be Monday through Friday from 7AM-4PM.
Pay: $20-$23/hour
Qualified candidates will have:
At least 2 years of experience working in an Administrative capacity
Experience working in the Construction industry preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and possess good data entry skills
Positive attitude and great team player mentality
Other duties but not limited to: filing, mail, scanning, special projects such a billing & invoicing
