The Enrollment Assistant supports the enrollment process by serving as the first point of contact for prospective families. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, conducting follow-up communications, and assisting with enrollment documentation. The Enrollment Assistant plays a key role in providing excellent customer service and helping families navigate the enrollment process from initial inquiry to registration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective families.
  • Provide accurate information regarding programs, tuition, availability, and enrollment procedures.
  • Schedule and confirm center tours for prospective families.
  • Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and text messages with leads to increase enrollment conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and enrollment activities in company systems.
  • Assist families with completing enrollment paperwork and required documentation.
  • Support enrollment campaigns, community outreach efforts, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor enrollment trends and communicate updates to center leadership.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all prospective and current families.
  • Collaborate with Center Directors and administrative staff to meet enrollment goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality of family and child information.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate's degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service, sales, admissions, or enrollment experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/database systems.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to build rapport with prospective families.
  • Strong follow-up and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on enrollment growth.
Work Schedule

This position may require occasional weekend availability to support enrollment events, tours, and family engagement activities.
