The role is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, working with Triangle MSO and partner offices to ensure smooth patient appointments.
You will run reports, verify coverage on insurer portals, contact insurers by phone, update scheduling records, and document notes in Artemis EMR or billing systems with an emphasis on accuracy
