We support community growth and industrial development by providing end-to-end engineering, procurement, management, and construction services for complex AC substation and electrification projects across five core markets.

As a Document Controller with Linxon, you will be at the heart of our renewable energy projects—supporting the preparation, distribution, and secure storage of critical project documentation in alignment with our rigorous document management processes and procedures. Your expertise will ensure seamless collaboration across engineering, procurement, and construction teams, helping us build a cleaner, greener future.

  • You will distribute project documentation to suppliers, clients, and construction sites in accordance with defined protocols.
  • You will receive, track, and control documentation from suppliers and clients.
  • You will set up and maintain document control processes using Company PIMS, Procore, and SharePoint.
  • You will maintain the Master Document Register (MDR) based on client-approved documents.
  • You will compile Health & Safety (H&S) files and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
  • You will support off-site document control activities, including scanning and filing at customer premises.
  • You will report progress to the line manager, ensuring deliverables meet quality, deadline, and budget requirements.
  • You will provide guidance and coaching on document control practices.
  • You will contribute to process improvements and the efficient use of DMS tools.

Who You Are

  • You have a minimum qualification of HNC or higher with at least two years of applicable experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least four years of applicable experience.
  • You have proven experience in document control for engineering or construction projects.
  • You have familiarity with automated document control systems such as PIMS, Procore, and SharePoint; training can be provided.
  • You have proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • You have a strong understanding of industry-standard documentation practices.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • You have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are team-oriented and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You are proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
