Campus Operator
As the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors, you will create a welcoming and professional experience while keeping daily operations running smoothly. You will manage incoming calls, coordinate appointments, maintain scheduling calendars, distribute keys and visitor permits, and ensure the front desk operates efficiently. Additionally, you will occasionally assist with conference call coordination and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations across the University.
Minimum Experience/Education
- High School Diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating a multi-line telephone system, including conference calling and call routing
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and assist various groups of callers, visitors, faculty, and staff
Working knowledge of basic computer applications and office technology.
Ability to train, mentor, and support the onboarding of new employees.
