The Office Services Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of the mail room. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: oversee daily mail operations, manage runners, general firm housekeeping, order and maintain office supplies, maintain vendor relationships, coordinate maintenance of all office equipment, and support all attorneys and staff requests.
Candidates should be professional, motivated, organized. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be reliable. High school diploma required, degree preferred. 1-3 years related experience required.
