The Job Title role at Turning Point USA is a full-time, on-site position based in Raleigh, NC. In this role, the team member will support day-to-day operations, contribute to planning and execution of programs and events, and assist with communications and outreach related to TPUSA’s mission and initiatives. Responsibilities may include coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate records and documentation, collaborating with colleagues across departments, and interacting with students, partners, and stakeholders in a professional manner.
The role also involves contributing to internal process improvements, following organizational policies and procedures, and supporting special projects as needed to advance TPUSA’s campus and community impact.
- Demonstrated ability to manage daily tasks such as scheduling, coordination, and documentation, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with students, colleagues, and external partners.
- Proficiency with common office software and digital tools (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, online collaboration platforms).
- Ability to work on-site in Raleigh, NC, collaborate with a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to handling responsibilities and supporting organizational goals.
- Experience in non-profit, education, student programming, or event coordination is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is preferred.
